I have posted a patch for MP Lobby Lag Profiling to patches.wesnoth.org It seems that network is not the problem afterall (by my test results). However, I'd be interested to see what other people's results show. https://gna.org/patch/index.php?666 ( mp_lobbylag.patch ) It's easier to paste results ...

Re: Performace Issue: Lobby Lag
1) Benchmarking Lobby Lag The way I've been testing it is very unprofessional. I was just logging into a busy lobby and clicking the quick replay checkbox repeatedly and then counting the seconds where it didn't respond. What you are measuring is the lag in GUI response time. That is, the time betw...

Re: Traitor's Island 2v2
I'm looking for feedback on this crazy little map. It is an attempt to recreate an old 2v2 map that I enjoyed a lot. If you know the old one, please post it. Are you referring to Rhuvaen's Island of Fury ? The teams are also 1 and 4 vs. 2 and 3. [map] WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW...

Two? One... First of all: the Crossbowman does not get less powerful. It will lose it's fire attack, but like I said the other attack could be upgraded to 9-3. So if you do not need fire attacks the Crossbowman would be more powerful than it is now. And if you do need fire attacks you can choose th...

Could everyone please start using the wiki instead of the forum when posting lengthy strategy guides? This thread will eventually disappear underneath newer topics, but articles on the wiki remain visible forever. What's more, putting it on there allows others to add their own thoughts or merge your...

Re: Backstab for orcish assasins
What do you think about giving backstab(meele atack) for orcish assiasin, raise his price by 1-3 gold and decrease slayers atack by 1-3. I think it is realistic and it will make that weak 8-1 atack at least sometimes not useless, but slayers atack (11-2) should be decreased by 1-3 to dont overpower...

It doesn't exist yet (you're the first person to create a walkthrough for it.) Create a page on the Wiki called [[InvasionOfEliador]] or [[Invasion of Eliador]] and link to it from UserScenarios#Invasion_of_Eliador.Nicolas wrote:where do i post it?

Wikify, I say
Put it on the wiki under its appropriate campaign so others can comment on it and modify it months after this topic disappears. (Same goes for everyone who's been posting walkthroughs on the forums as of late.)
