I like gliders a lot. It's nice to have super mobility sometimes. Since they don't take too much experience to level and they are very fast, sometimes I can level them up to a sky drake by finishing off units that I couldn't with less mobile units. They also can work well in 2v2s when you ally could...

To boot someone, click that menu where their name is and select "network player" (or the player you want to replace them with, or whatever).

I am of the opinion that Player 1's advantage is balanced by the fact that player 2 can recruit in such a manner to counter what player 1 did.

Ok, we just had our first league game (Kiba won).

It was great fun and I hope some of you will try it out too!

As for me I prefer no default selection at all. Dialog should be redesigned. Now we have: Bla-Bla-Bla First attack Second attack [OK] [Cancel] I suggest Bla-Bla-Bla [Melee] First attack [Ranged] Second attack [Cancel] To me this seems to be the best idea yet. Come on, how many new people are going ...

Yes really. I have been pleased with Google groups in the past and think that it is an efficient way to do these sorts of things. I'm sure that other things such as that ladder are very fine indeed for those sort of things, but, as Kiba said, it is difficult to communicate. And of course, if you can...

Our google group is off to a great start with all of three members, and one game currently being arranged.

Hmm. . .

I made a google group for the purposes stated above.

So anyone interested can post there, I suppose.

And I made a little ladder.

The Unofficial Wesnoth League

There's nothing that I like better than a quick game of Wesnoth, and during my free time, I check the Wesnoth server to see if there are any free people. However, due to my time zone and the fact that the majority of players are playing games already, I can seldom find a game without spending a half...

I like it alot. The terrain is all sensibly placed and seems fairly balanced. I'm not very experienced with map development, but I don't quite know about the villages in the center. It seems like the first player to move would always get them, and thus be at a great advantage, since with those villa...

Ok, I fixed what you said, I'm pretty sure. I added some more ways to get through via land, the side trapezoids have a land passageway. I also fixed the chasms. Here's the new one. Anything else that blatantly needs fixing? [map]W RRR m W mfRRR RRC3CRfw hhXXc WXW cXXhh fRC2CRR fmCRRtfhhmllXwcffXffcw...

Thank you very much, will do. Didn't think about the Chasms, they're mostly for looks anyway.

Alright then.
